If you are placing an order on the milliepepper website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions website.

 

Ownership of Rights

  • All content included on the website, unless uploaded by users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Moo Moo & Bear, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable UK and international intellectual property and other laws.


Limitation of Liability

  • While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.

  • We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.

Pricing Policy

  • We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

  • All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT and does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are added at the time you complete your order. We recommend that you select to receive your goods by a tracked delivery method.

Products

  • We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on our site are correct at when entered onto our system. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products.

  • Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

  • The nature of handcrafted and bespoke/custom made products means that each individual piece is unique and images shown on the website are examples only. For example, pattern placement and colours may vary from image used.

  • All sizes and measurements are approximated; however we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Delivery

  • As our products are bespoke and handmade there is a lead time for each and every product detailed in the description.  This timescale is an estimate to an order being dispatched, and will alter during busy periods which may be highlighted on the website.

  • Next Day Delivery option: your order will be sent out 'Next day' delivery once it has been made up, i.e. 2-4 days lead time + Next Day delivery. Next Day deliveries only take place on working days - we do not offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery.

  • Within 24 hours of your order being dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us. If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days, please contact your local sorting office to check that it isn’t awaiting collection (even if a card has not been left) as we cannot be held responsible for delivery failure.

  • Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you have given us. Where incorrect address details are supplied, we cannot accept liability for lost items. It is your responsibility to make sure the correct details are supplied. If goods go ‘missing’ as a result of incorrect address details being supplied, we cannot replace these free of charge.

  • Orders placed during our closure periods (i.e. over Easter or Christmas) will be processed and despatched on the next working day after we have re-opened.

  • If you choose to ask us to instruct the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place such as a shed or porch please note that this is at your own risk as we cannot claim for items that go missing that are not securely delivered.

International Customers

  • If goods are being ordered from outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures.

  • As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported.

  • Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and that we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering.

  • Please also be aware that United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • On the rare occasion that one of our products arrives with you damaged, please contact us immediately for us to be able able to address the matter promptly.

  • milliepepper takes no responsibility for returned items lost in the post, it is recommended that items are sent signed for delivery for peace of mind. The purchaser is responsible for the return postage costs.

  • A refund will be issued once the item has been received and assessed. Exchanges for different sizes must be processed as a new order.
