Everything is lovingly made to order so please allow 2-7 working days from order to dispatch. You will be notified that your order has been packaged and is on its way to you.
However if you need your order sooner, please get in touch as we might be able to rush your order.

We send everything Royal Mail  as it enables us all to get the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your order will arrive safely.

If you would like your parcel quicker you can choose to upgrade your postage before paying.

International Orders - from £8.50 - depending on weight)

We send everything by Royal Mail Standard International. If you would like your parcel to be sent with tracking it can be sent International Tracked & Signed or Special Delivery to get to you sooner, please choose to upgrade your postage at the checkout.

Customs, Taxes & Duty

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Any customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs etc that you might incur at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your own country's tax regulations and are collected by your own country.

If you wish to exchange your items please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure you read any measurements before you order to ensure the correct size.

 

Return shipping cost is customers responsibility as well as the postage costs of the replacement item (we recommend tracking is used). All return items must be unworn and in a new condition.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom orders as it is difficult to re-sell items made to a specific size.
